B.S.S MAHILA COLLEGE,DHANBAD was established on 17th of August, 1977 to promote Value – based education for women especially the tribal and underprivileged class. The college campus is located in an area of 5 acres in the heart of the Dhanbad city which happens to be the district headquarter.
B.S.S Mahila College Dhanbad has a glorious heritage of continuous excellence in the field of Women's education.In a span of less than sixty years the College has established itself as one of the leading Women's College in Jharkhand. College had a modest beginning in the year 1995 as a joint by the social workers.
